On Monday morning, Assemblyman David DiPietro (R,C-East Aurora) presented the Elma Highway Department with grant money for operational upkeep. The funds secured by DiPietro for the town of Elma come from The Dormitory Authority of the state of New York (DASNY) to provide construction, financing and allied services that serve the public good in New York state.
“I am proud to support Elma’s infrastructure. Despite Albany’s over-the-top spending, infrastructure resources are still lacking due to backward priorities. I know these funds will directly benefit Elma and its residents,” said DiPietro.
Assemblyman David DiPietro represents the 147th Assembly District, which includes parts of Erie county and all of Wyoming county.
